Now that 'Outstanding' schools require 'Outstanding' teachers, it's time to get on top of this notion. Ian will break down the idea of 'Outstanding' into its two key components: getting the badge from OfSted but also walking the walk, i.e. actually delivering outstanding lessons. And can one do both? The course will be derived, in part, from Ofsted criteria and reports, plus research among students to find out what they think an 'Outstanding' lesson looks and feels like.
Although the face-to-face sessions ran in early February 2013, several also attended a live Online session. The recording of this is available together with all the (extensive) materials that supported this highly successful INSET.
